Easter Celebrations at Nyth y Deryn
Spring has arrived, and Easter is just around the corner! At Nyth y Deryn, we were thrilled to celebrate this season with a variety of fun and engaging activities for our learners. From arts and crafts to egg hunts and scavenger hunts, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Easter Egg Hunt
The traditional Easter Egg Hunt is always a highlight of our celebrations. This year, learners searched for colorful eggs hidden around the school grounds. The pastoral group who achieved this in the fastest time recieved prizes for their teamwork and dedication to finding them all.
Scavenger Hunt
In addition to the Easter Egg Hunt, we are excited to introduce a Scavenger Hunt for our older students. This activity challenged them to follow clues to find hidden treasures around the school.
Inflatable Mascots Delivering Surprises!
To wrap up the day's festivities, our beloved inflatable mascots made a special appearance to deliver surprises to the students. These cheerful characters will bring smiles and joy as they handed out awards for the egg hunt and scavenger hunt winners. It was a wonderful way to end the celebrations and ensure that every learner felt appreciated and rewarded for their participation.
